Senator Manny Villar who discussed the plans of the company within the next five years, saying, “We’re opening in 20 more areas within the next 12 months and tayo lamang ang may ganyang kakayahan.” He closed the evening’s festivities by addressing Vista Land’s brokers and sales representative. “We want to be the number one developer. Kapag pinagsamasama ang lahat ng condominium and house and lot, we are number one! Ladies and gentlemen, we are very serious. We want you to be with us, we want you to make money, we want you to grow with us. And we can assure you that we are here to stay, we’re going to get bigger, we’re going to get better, and believe me, we hope to make all of these things, all of these dreams come true, with you with us. Maraming salamat!”

Three years after its initial residential condominium offering, property holdings group Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc., the country’s largest homebuilder, aims to gain the dominance in the home condo segment which it holds in horizontal homes with its unmatched track record of over 30 years, according to President and CEO Benjamarie N. Serrano. “In fact, we are targeting an average annual growth of 25 percent in condominium sales in the next five years, reflecting an upbeat outlook,” she said. “Vista Land is leveraging its expertise and leadership in homebuilding to assume the lead role in the residential condo segment.” She added that the recent launch of the group’s Vista Residences, both as corporate brand and business unit for all vertical home projects, will strengthen Vista Land’s presence in the segment by creating greater awareness of its identity and enhancing efficiencies in resource allocation. Vista Residences has assumed responsibility for the portfolio of home condo projects previously held by Vista Land subsidiaries Brittany, Crown Asia, and Camella Homes. “We are looking at contributions of up to 20 percent to Vista Land’s revenues from vertical home sales, so that the current sales can be more than doubled over the next five years,” Ms. Serrano said. “We expect Vista Land to build a major market presence by the sheer number and scale of its projects.” “Our portfolio of vertical home developments, after a few short years, now already stands at 15 projects with an aggregate of 6,490 units valued at P18.7 billion,” she said. Six of the projects, with a total value of P6.2 billion or nearly half of its offerings in the segment, have been sold and are to be completed this year. These developments are Mosaic and Trevi Tower 1 in Makati, Avant at the Fort Bonifacio, Symphony and Pine Crest Tower 1 in Quezon City, and Crown Tower in Manila. The remaining six projects with a total value of P8.3 billion, are now selling with construction starting in 2010 and 2011. These are KL Mosaic and Trevi Tower 2 and 3 and The Gallery in Makati, The Currency in Ortigas, Wil Tower Mall and Pine Crest Tower 2 in Quezon City.” Our many years of homebuilding experience gives us unique insights on buyers’ requirements, especially in planning the efficient use of space and offering comfort, privacy, exclusivity, and security, including features like convenient and secure parking Our vertical developments are located in some of the most accessible and attractive sites in the metropolis. “As a result, Vista Land’s efforts have been rewarded consistently with strong sales in the residential condo segment within a short span of time,” Ms. Serrano said.

RCBC Savings Bank signs end-user financing agreement with Vista Land.

RCBC Savings Bank continues to grow its home financing portfolio with the recent signing of an end-user financing agreement with Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Camella, Inc. was established in 1977. It caters to the low-cost and affordable housing segment in Mega Manila, offering houses prices between Php 800,000 and Php 3.5 million. Camella markets its projects primarily under the "Camella" brand. Among these developments are Cerritos Heights and Lessandra Heights in Daang Hari, Alabang; Camella Vecina in Cabuyao, Laguna; Cerritos East in Pasig City; Camella Molino in Bacoor, Cavite; Grenville Residences in Taguig City; Pristina in Imus, Cavite and Fronterra in Las Piñas City.

Crown Asia Properties, Inc. was established in 1995. It caters to the middle market housing segment in Mega Manila, primarily offering houses priced between Php3.5 million and Php9.0 million. Since 1996, Crown Asia Properties, Inc. launched its projects under the "Crown Asia" brand name. Among these developments were Amalfi in Dasmariñas, Cavite; Valenza in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; Brescia in Commonwealth, Quezon City; Fortezza in Cabuyao, Laguna; Marina Heights in Sucat, Muntinlupa; Ponticelli in Daang Hari, Alabang; Citta Italia and Carmel in Bacoor, Cavite.

Brittany Corporation was established in 1993. It caters to the high-end market segment in the Mega Manila area, offering luxury houses in master-planned communities, priced at Php9.0 million and above. Brittany's first development, the La Residencia de Bacoor was launched in 1993. Among its current projects are Amore, Portofino Courtyards, Portofino South in Daang Hari, Alabang; Crosswinds and Grand Quartier in Tagaytay City; Georgia Club and Augusta in Sta. Rosa, Laguna; La Posada and Marfori Tower in Sucat, Muntinlupa.

Vista Residences, Inc. was established in 2009. It focuses on the development and sales of residential/commercial condominium units priced between Php1.9 million and Php16.0 million. After its entry to the vertical homes segment only five years ago, Vista Land introduced Vista Residences, Inc. to signify its commitment to become a major player in the sector. Among its developments are Avant at the Fort in Bonifacio Global City; Pinecrest in New Manila, Quezon City; KL Mosaic in Legazpi Village, Makati City; Crown Tower in Sampaloc, Manila; Symphony Tower in South Triangle, Quezon City; Mosaic in Legazpi Village, Makati City and Madison Tower in Cubao, Quezon City.
